Caregiver

Kids NW is hiring caregivers in Lane County who are compassionate and want to make a difference in the lives of their clients. Tasks include supporting individuals with disabilities in activities of daily living, joining clients on community outings, building life skills, and documenting adherence to care plans. Wages start at $22 - $24 per hour, with benefits!

Driver/Laborer

Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air is adding a driver/laborer to their team! Tasks vary, including delivering materials to assisting on-site teams, setting up/taking down job sites, and more. You must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and an ability to lift 50 lbs regularly. The schedule is Monday through Friday at $17.00 per hour, with benefits!

Entry Level Production Member

Toby’s Family Foods is looking for a part-time production member to join their team in Springfield, OR. Schedule is determined by production demands, but general hours will be Monday through Friday with standard and swing shifts available. Job duties include maintain a clean work station, accurately record job tasks on recording forms, sorting and inspecting a variety of raw materials, and more. This entry-level position with Lane County caters to applicants with minimal formal education or experience. Duties may include performing manual work such as weeding, hauling trash and cutting brush in park areas; operates tractor, fork lift, cement mixer, pick-up truck, weedeaters, blowers, hedge trimmers; custodial work including picking up litter and garbage, restocking and cleaning restrooms; and more! Salary ranges from $19.44 to $25.10 per hour.

Youth Permanency Specialist (Remote in Lane County)

Boys & Girls Aid is hiring a Youth Permanency Specialist who will work directly with youth and families to help them understand their permanency needs, process their history, and strengthen the relationships that support long‑term connection. This position is primarily remote, with regular travel throughout Lane County, Oregon to meet with youth, caregivers, and community partners. Must reside in the local area. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience in social work OR equivalent education and experience. Salary ranges from $20.60 - $22.00/hr. Apply below to learn more.
