We believe educator enrichment is a core part of helping both educators and students succeed in the classroom. We partner with a multitude of businesses to create externship experiences, industry tours, and other resources for educators.
Experiences & Resources
Externships
We believe the best way to promote student growth is to help grow the educators that teach them. We create custom experiences for teachers called externships, where they have a chance to work with industry hosts to complete mutually beneficial externship experiences. With these externships, educators have the opportunity to expand their skill sets in an industry of their interest and make new connections within the community.

The application for 2024 Summer Externships will open in the Spring of 2024.
Externships are generously sponsored and supported by Lane CTE, Oregon Community Foundation, and the Oregon Department of Education.
Elevate Newsletter
Each month during the school year, educators receive updates about events and opportunities. Some events require educators to register full or partial classrooms. Be sure to join this mailing list to get first dibs!

Request a Classroom Visitor
Are you looking for support with planning a classroom visit from industry or business professionals? Would you like our staff to meet with youth to share more about our programs? We're excited to learn how we can help! We ask that you allow at least 4 weeks of lead time before an event.
Events for Students - Educators must register their class
Hiring Fair
Each spring our Hiring Fair connects graduating seniors to local job openings in high-wage, high-demand career fields. Numerous local companies with open entry-level positions join us for this event.

This event is for graduating seniors and youth from our Navigate program.
Industry Tours
Each school year our team curates various industry tours ranging from Tech Tours to Manufacturing Tours and much more. Educators typically register full classrooms to attend these events. Please contact us if you're interested in scheduling a tour!
Career Expo
Our annual Middle School Career Exploration event is hosted each fall, typically in November! Youth meet with and do hands-on activities alongside professionals from at least 14 different companies. Pre-lessons for educators will be sent in advance.
This event is for 8th-graders.
