Direct Support Professional

Are you interested in making a difference in the lives of clients? Direct Support Professionals working at Independent Environments Inc. can expect to provide support and services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Eugene and Springfield. Duties may include providing assistance with daily living activities, advocating with the client, and supporting each client to meet their own goals. You must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED, with some lifting requirements (up to 25 lbs). Wage starts at $18.15 to $19.26 per hour and will increase after a 90-day probationary period.
