File a Complaint with the Office for Civil Rights

To file a complaint of discrimination, complete the complaint form found at https://www.ojp.gov/program/civil-rights/filing-civil-rights-complaint and send it to the Office for Civil Rights, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice (OCR), 810 7 th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20531.

File a Complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice 

Complaints of discrimination may also be filed with the Oregon Department of Justice, Crime Victim, and Survivor Services Division.
