Full Job Description
The Truss Company is looking for a positive and professional Office Administrator to oversee our Eugene, OR location. The right candidate for this position will be well organized, attentive, efficient, provide accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions, and have a warm and welcoming demeanor to the customers.


Responsible for various accounting procedures and monthly inventory.
Maintain record/files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted practices.
Oversee the application and onboarding process for all candidates and new hires.
Collaborate with department managers to ensure time keeping records for hourly team members are accurate and submitted bi-weekly to corporate payroll.
Be a resource to address and resolve employee inquires. Work with Corporate HR when appropriate.
Coordinate workers comp claims and submit required forms in a timely manner.
Responsible for maintaining the OSHA 300 log and ensure compliance.
Assist with inbound calls and handle customer inquiries.
Will oversee the stormwater collection and submit quarterly and annual documentation to the City of Eugene.
Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
To be considered you need to be computer savvy with excellent Microsoft office skills, and experience with ADP preferred; well organized, and willing to take on a challenge.
