Take your career to the next level! Bring your enthusiasm and customer-centric energy to our rapidly growing day spa. The J Spa is looking for a smiling, energetic person to join our staff. We are seeking a service oriented, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, proactive, detail-oriented front desk assistant with a flexible schedule.

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will warmly greet visitors, check them in, schedule appointments, and process payments.

A great opportunity to grow in administrative and healthcare fields.

Job Responsibilities:

Answering telephones

Preparing patient files

Greeting patients

Collecting payments

Scheduling appointments

Morning or End of day cash register reconciliation

Maintaining office organization

Verifying insurance benefits

Making appointment reminder telephone calls

Preferred Qualifications:

Team player with friendly and cheerful personality

Excellent telephone and customer service skills

Must be comfortable multi-tasking

Strong organizational skills, integrity, empathy, and professionalism

Strong problem solving skills

Works well under pressure

Quick learner

Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction and maximum accountability
