Patient Coordinator position at busy Orthodontics practice

Busy Orthodontics practice is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and friendly Patient Coordinator to join our team! Must be able to work in a fast-paced office and always maintain a great attitude and superior customer service. This is a full-time position – Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5 pm. Relevant experience required.

Pay rate is based on experience. We offer competitive wages, health benefits, 401k, and holiday pay.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: No experience is required but the ideal candidate will have some relevant experience, including but not limited to the following:

• Superior customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care
• Ability to operate multiple computer programs effectively and efficiently
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Dynamic interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to learn new skills and work well with a team
• Minimum of 1 yr experience medical front desk (dental experience preferred)
• Minimum of 1 yr experience verifying medical/dental insurances
