Position Title: Facility Attendant

Department/Branch: Eugene Branch

Reports to: Branch Manager


  • To greet and direct clients and vendors upon arrival while representing the Bank with the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and courtesy. To assist co-workers when needed to provide the highest level of client service.


  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous similar experience in a professional setting is preferred


  • Responsible for greeting and assisting clients upon arriving
  • Accompany female employees to their vehicles when leaving work after dark
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Routinely monitor the branch perimeter
  • Report any suspicious activity promptly to his supervisor
  • Monitor and manage the branch parking lot, including:Daily sweeps of lot
  • Report graffiti to supervisor for quick removal
  • Report unpermitted vehicles to his supervisor
  • Professionally and courteously acknowledge and redirect unauthorized motorists
  • Verify visitors, contractors, and vendors upon arriving
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail packages
  • Teamwork: Support co-workers whenever help is needed to provide the highest level of client service


  • Ability to concentrate and focus on essential functions in appropriate priority order is required.
  • Requires being punctual, dependable, detail oriented and responsible for work outcomes and results.
  • Requires standing for long periods and traveling to other departments and locations, as needed.
  • Requires contact with others by telephone conversations, use of electronic mail, and face-to-face discussions.
  • Requires completion of assigned on-line training courses with a passing percentage.
  • Professional environment requiring appropriate professional demeanor and attire.
  • Work is performed indoors and outdoors.

  • Responsible to the Branch Manager for fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.
    Contact with clients and the public in a professional manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the bank.
