Full Job Description
We are an established, high quality, caring and compassionate Pediatric Dental Team seeking an amazing Patient Service and Financial Coordinator to join our team. Working with children and their families requires a special person who understands the importance of creating a fun and caring environment for educating, advocating and providing quality and compassionate care. We are looking for an individual who understands and embraces that “teamwork makes the dream work!” The Coordinator sets the tone for every interaction patients and families have with our practice and team – This is not a “receptionist” position.

General Purpose:

The Patient Service and Financial Coordinator at Dentistry For Children serves an extremely important role in setting the tone for every parent and patient interaction with our practice – this can be a phone call, greeting the patient and family as they arrive at our office, or helping the patient conclude their visit and set up their next visit. Providing compassionate, honest, and quality service starts and continues with our Patient Service and Financial Coordinator.

We are looking for a professional, positive, friendly, service oriented, team player to join our exceptional team. Because we serve children and families, our expectations are high. Despite the demands of the environment, we are confident the meaningfulness of our work and service to children and families makes it all worth it. If you enjoy being part of a quality team in a caring and helping profession, then Dentistry For Children could be a great place for you.

Job Description: The Patient Service and Financial Coordinator is responsible for managing family and patient relationships within our practice, coordinating care with other providers, as well as managing and assisting with administrative and other support tasks.
